My experience at Anatolia Grill was exceptional. Even with a last-minute booking due to issues at another restaurant, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The scent of BBQ and charcoal filled the air as we entered, which instantly got my taste buds excited.
Sitting us down close to the window enhanced our experience. My wife enjoyed a refreshing glass of pink gin and lemonade while I indulged in a pint of the Efes. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time, providing helpful recommendations from the menu.
Before our main dishes arrived, the staff surprised us with freshly baked bread and dips, which was a delightful touch.
The Chefs platter was suggested, and it was a delicious and plentiful mix of BBQ'd meat that left me feeling completely satisfied.
Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and friendly evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone searching for a tasty and welcoming dining experience. Thank you Anatolia Grill for the great night!

Great experience of authentic Turkish food in town. Jamie served me with full attention, very humble and young lad. Mixed grill was top notch and the soothing musics played just enhance the atmosphere and taste of food. Highly recommend to try them for all good reasons

First time here tonight. First impressions were that the place was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We didn't have to wait to order our meals, which was soon brought out to us. The food was absolutely delicious, and really good value for money.

First time here for a birthday meal, we went for the sharing grill/ platter for 4 and as you can see from the pics it's huge ! all the meats - chicken,beef, lamb were cooked to perfection and the salad very fresh, you also get several dips to accompany the meal and the waitresses kept them replenished.
lots of praise and love to the serving staff who were excellent and constantly smiling, the internal decour is nice but I took a star off because outside looks a bit jaded and the glass entry door has a piece of glass missing - shame because we thoroughly enjoyed our visit 😀

Food here is amazing...visited for the first time on Monday...service was a little slow in areas...adults had finished our starters before the kids had even come out...and within minutes the mains came and the kids were still eating their starters...sides took a little longer too as had almost finished our main by the time the fries had come...that said the food itself was beautiful, the breads and dips which were complimentary were very tasty....very good quality and good price! We will definately return to this restaurant!

I don’t think the picture does the food here justice! We really enjoyed our visit tonight, it was a late visit and they were very accommodating. The staff were smiley and friendly, and the food was fantastic- even got a complimentary flatbread, dips and salad! 100% would recommend!

We were booked in to the Anatolia for 7 on the Saturday night for our Christmas party, when we arrived the restaurant was empty bar a couple. Rob seated us and it took 45 minutes to order our drinks ( which we had to prompt the staff to do) and an hour to receive a menu!
The restaurant was full by 8 when we received our requested menus and we ordered by twenty past. The starters arrived soon enough after but there were issues....the humous dips arrived with nothing to dip into them, when we asked the floor manager where the bread was he said that bread was not included and he just ate the dips with a spoon ( point to note they are called dips as you are supposed to dip food into them to consume, not a spoon like a baby!) his lack of customer service was replaced with a snooty attitude.
We complained that we had been waiting so long for our mains whilst still waiting for our second round of drinks to the female manager, in fact we were leaving, she informed us the wait would be a maximum of 8 minutes so we decided to stay put and she personally guaranteed that she would fetch our drinks, she brought three drinks over and left the rest on the bar so after another 10 minutes we got up and fetched the drinks for ourselves! ( ps, Coke part of a multipack do not sell individually for 2 to 3 quid means what it says on the tin.....can, if you are going to do this don't put a straw in the coke can and give it to the customer!).
The main meals did not arrive until gone half nine and half the meals were cold, chips were soggy and the humous which should have come with the sharing platter did not arrive, we were told that we should have kept the humous from the starter which was a separate order from a different person ( ironic as we were also told that the bread that did not come with the humous starter should have been saved from the complimentary starter, even though the menu stated otherwise).
Less than happy with the food, less than happy with the service, less than happy with the notchalant attitude from the management blaming the problems on how busy it was ( maybe stagger the sittings or introduce sittings next time, alternatively you could ensure there is enough staff on to cope with your bookings), the young staff ( who were doing their best) were treated appallingly by the management and were actually in tears at our table..... Due to the lack of restaurant organisation the staff were run ragged!
Needless to say we would not go back, not because there were faults but because of the attitude from the managers! # customerservice # thecustomerisalwaysright!

Tried out for 1st time this evening for my hubbies birthday and it was fabulous. Decor and layout gorgeous. The attention to detail from the off was great. Greeted and seated as soon as we walked through he door, cosy candlit corner, staff were prompt and friendly, checked our food was ok etc. Food we had was delicious. The mixed grill is a gpod option if you cant decide, not a bad thing on the plate! Staff brought turkish bread and tasty dips why you wait for your main. Even the bill comes in a cute box! Very reasonably priced I would definately go again. Thank you very much for a great experience.

On arrival staff were friendly, booked and confirmed a table for two (requested the princess booth) when we arrived the manager hadn't informed the staff about the request so the table had been taken. Got a table that wasn't set to which the manager was taking plates from another table for us. Bread and dips were lovely! Waited a while for mains to come, asked 3 times for some sauce for it to arrive 20 mins later after half the food had been eaten because they "forgot about us" bearing in mind there was no one in! The food was newt nothing special, would of been nicer if it was hot! Wouldn't go again, shame because i really enjoyed it when it first opened!

Came in last night family of 20.Waited 45mins for drinks and food came 3hours later.arrived at 7.30 got our food at 22.00 and non of us ate together all came out half hour apart..my 2 year old cousin got hes food at 22.20 when we had all finished.poor waitress's was run of their feet with management speaking to them like shit.the poor girl was in tears felt really sorry for her.Toke to many customers in i think and not enough staff.Wasnt hungry by time the food came we waited that long.So there was loads of food left over.

First time tonight we came to this restauraunt with my wife and 10 year old grand daughter I can honestly say out of all the Turkish restauraunts in st.helens this for sure the best one . staff lovely and cant do enough for you , excellent service . food is lovely lots of food we had to tke some home as couldn't eat it all and kindly put it in a take away tray for us to take home definitely go again , was lovely relaxed atmosphere , plenty of space not all crushed up cant fault anything about it definitely recommend it 10 out of 10 ….

Staff friendly, food delicious but young waiter overloaded when removing dishes at end of meal and it all crashed down on me and covered me in red cabbage. Not a great ending to our anniversary night out. Received apologies but was surprised not to get a discount on the bill. Hopefully he’s learnt a lesson
