Best Sunday roast I've ever had. My cousin always goes here. Went with mum. Brisket beef and topside beef was ordered. Even mother said it was beautiful. I certainly Would recommend. can't book a table, It's turn up only. Can wait upto an hour but we'll worth the wait. πππ
Visited for the first time today, was around five-ish so really busy and lively. Managed to get a table and had a lovely meal, sweet chilli chicken and rice for me, chips, fish, mushy peas for husband. Lovely food, good value for money and well presented. Will definitely visit again.
Food was great, and their pizza place across the road is fantastic too. We enjoyed the live music too, outside. Felt welcome, very fairly price too. We spent a great Sunday afternoon there with friends.
Become a regular here despite not living local. Good selection of beers and good is delicious, proper pub grub. Large portions.

Went yesterday for my sons birthday, my daughter and 2 grandchildren were with us. The food is outstanding, had pan fried sea bass, garlic mash, and veg. Absolutely gorgeous, cooked to perfection, as was the chocolate brownie I had for dessert. Never had bad food here, and the choice is fabulous.
The childrens meals are also great portions and freshly cooked, my grandson had fish goujons and my grandaughter the chicken goujons. None of your generic frozen and out of a bag here. Homemade chips are gorgeous. Also, it is a great choice of drinks to suit everyone. The kids loved it and my grandaughter can be fussy, but not in there. Highly recommended

The Turks is a great place to eat and the food is fantastic. It is more of a local's pub and has great real ales and cider etc. Dogs are allowed.
Staff are lovely and always work hard to get people served.
