We had to wait a few minutes but everything was in the bag, food was hot and staff tried to make sure our order was fine including the sauces. This drivethrough is better than the others in the town.
This macdonalds branch at St helens I visited today have very friendly staff who provide excellent customer service Hot food. Great atmosphere. I give this branch 10 out of 10 as its the best I've been into

Food was as expected....very busy but staff are fast and efficient
It was quite busy but we didn't have to wait long for the order. The food was fresh and hot...which compared to our last visit, was a nice suprise. My little one is still sad that there are no toys but hopefully they'll come back soon.
Got a Mcmuffin meal with hash brown and milk, very fast service on the mcdonalds app and was simple to pay. This one I think is my favourite McDonalds of the three in our area

It’s always rammed when I go here so that’s the only reason it doesn’t get five stars. The staff are lovely, really friendly and have to put up with a lot of drunk people. I’ve seen the security handle some really difficult situations extremely well too.

Always hot n tasty and any problems staff are very very polite and helpful one the best mac Donald's I've had and I am a food critic so was very happy
