What a gem of a place! No wonder it was so bussling with the locals on a Thursday morning! We absolutely loved the owners, they were so nice, and we loved the food and coffee even more! The cookies and scones were amazing. I absolutely loved the savoury scones! The atmosphere at this place was next level. Reminds me of the chic places in Melbourne. This place deserves to be more popular and more well known because of the quality it delivers! Very impressed guys, keep up the great work

Fabulous local bookshop and cafe. Owners Veronica and Clive are lovely and Veronica makes the most delicious home-made cakes and slices! Big tables outside and cosy tables inside surrounded by 2nd hand books, what's not to love?!

Stopped over for takeaway morning coffee, and it is such a wonderful place! The owner is so nice and friendly, and the date scone is just AMAZING! The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Hopefully I can visit again when I come back to Tassie next time

Love being able to look at some interesting book titles while enjoying a wonderful bowl of soup, very nice drinks and the soup was delicious, I've also been told the scones are amazing, they certainly looked it, wonderful staff, and surprisingly well lit and warm, just felt so cozy here

Fascinating place, great ambiance, friendly staff, but I couldn’t recommend this place for a coffee. Buy your books here, but get your coffee at a coffee shop.
