I have visited the store twice in 2 weeks and on both occasions she has been their to help, Her level of customer service exceeds other stores. AND she is funny. Nothing is too much trouble and you can tell it is a genuine wanting to help. She is an ambassador for your store.
Enjoyed a nice walk around the store today. Everything displayed nicely, staff friendly and professional. Went for a bite to eat in the cafe, lovely food. Only snack type items available such as toasties and baked potato etc tempting cakes also.
Big thank you to Louise (one of the managers at the store). I visited the Widnes store with a complaint about a jacket I bought there, and was not happy with the response, so I contacted Head Office and received another unsatisfactory response, so l took the jacket to the St Helens store and spoke with Louise who quickly and efficiently resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Thanks again, Lou, for all your help.

Live shopping here, only thing that let's it down is the service in the cafe, very slow and not all staff are polite and friendly. Rest of the shop is great

I like shopping in their. But why they had to move is something I will never understand. The Town Centre OR what's left of our Centre is dismissal. Not only that the choice of products has been halved. Choices were always a pleasure

Absolutely brilliant store. The trollies are wiped down for you, when you arrive. Gels there as well. Arrows for the direction in which to go round. Felt safe with the shopping experience. Food hall excellent. Prices very reasonable. Quality of food exceptional. All staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Cafe out of this world. Well done everyone at st Helen's M & S.
I went to the food hall yesterday and it was quite busy however the lady on the till was wonderful. There was a couple in front of me who were obviously very vulnerable and had learning needs and the lady on the till was extremely helpful to them. Well done Mark's and Spencer for excellence in customer service.
