I cannot recommend this place enough!
The food was wonderful! We both had Halumi fries to start, with Fillet steak for our mains.
The steak was beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection, lovely and pink in the centre and lightly charred on the outside. A difficult balance for such a thick cut of meat!
We also sampled the great cocktails on offer, trying a Manhattan and some classic jellybabies!
The service was great by both the waiting and bar staff, with the manager checking that we where happy with our meals also.
Some other reviews have mentioned the decor etc. Whilst it isn't the fanciest of places, I have no doubt that as the restaurant grows the owner will continue to invest in and upgrade it!
It's brilliant to see a start-up in St Helens serving such great food, it's just what the town needs!
