Don't be fooled by the outside. It is a fantastic portuguese restaurant with traditional menu offerings. Took my portuguese in-laws, and they loved chatting to the staff, and the food had many positive comments. Espatadas on point and the cabbage and chorizo soup was gorgeous. Thank you.
A very nice and friendly restaurant. Was about a 20 minute walk from where we were staying but we'll worth it. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Served piping hot and plenty of it. Had my favourite bottle of wine too.

This place offers fantastic Portuguese and Madeiran cusine, Espetadas are top notch, so is the Bacalhau á Gomes de Sá! Lovely staff and quick service - the place offers very authentic feel and good value for money as the portions are more than adequate.

Never had a bad meal there. If I were to be pushed to say a negative, the chips could be improved upon but otherwise absolutely excellent and the staff are lovely

Absolutely excellent evening here. Service was impeccable and the food utterly superb. Parking is a bit iffy and while there’s nothing noticeably bad about the decor, it’s not brilliant. Don’t let either fool you, if you’re reading this you need to visit...now!
Food here is amazing. They should deliver I would buy here more often.
Thier collection service. Is crazy Seems very slow, with very little communication from the woman doing it, I think they do each food in turn rather than each customer order. I've been there the time they said to collect and wait

The starters of king prawns in a garlic and chilli sauce and the pate were very good
Thean course of fresh Plaice and the prawn wrapped in bacon and the fillet steak on an dangling skewer was scrumptious.
