La Fregate Cafe - St. Helier - Photo album

Great place to stop for a quick and very reasonably priced lunch. Friendly staff and good food. Soup of the day was extremely tasty.
Good place to eat on the seafront. Burgers, nuggets etc. all good quality, very good milkshakes. Knickerbocker glory magnificent! Only minor criticism is with the flexibility of the servings, wanted a kid’s omelette but only adults available, not willing to split a mixture or make any variation, e
Tasty food for a cafe, large choice of food and drinks. Clean toilets. Staff not overly friendly but that’s ok didn’t spoil anything. Nice place to stop and grab some food before trip to Elizabeth castle.
Arrived 3.18, food service finished at 3.30 and had to eat by 4! Gathered they weren't over pleased but the food was good, loads of people coming in up until 4 for tea and cake, missing a trick we thought. Seems most places in St Helier close for an hour or two in the afternoon.
We're not properly on holiday until we're sitting outside at La Fregate with a latte, watching the waves, and the puddle ducks, and taking in the beautiful St. Aubins bay, it's the perfect place to sit and plan your day, everything you need is close by, including the bus stop, and Le Petit train. Lovely place to stop off after a good beach walk offering outside seating and excellent service in an unusual and creatively designed building.
The Thai Kitchen is 5*. The food is delicious and the perfect place for dinner outside in the evening sun! (When we get some!)
Beach outside cafe close to Amphibious Bus over to Elizabeth Castle.
Popped in after a long trek at the museum. It's handy for those who want to take a load off and rest after all that wandering. Superb food choices and is ready quite fast not to mention tasting great. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere of the place is good. Would definitely recommend.
Had a walk around town and stopped here for a drink, place has seating inside and out with outside seating right on the seafront...very nice drinking Liberation Ale.
