We had the most amazing brunch here! Both the service and the food were incredible, we both had the Porchetta Bacon & Eggs, one with extra tomatoes and one with extra mushrooms. Both meals were absolutely delicious, one of those meals that you keep thinking about for days after!
If we are ever in Jersey again we will head for The Pavilion straight away!

Just had the most brilliant lunch & cocktails at The Pavillion. My open sandwich was delicious and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Was super busy but they sueezed my friend and I in. So glad to have such a great new spot in Jersey.
