Like popping in for a quick guest ale while the Wife is bargain hunting. Everyone really friendly and I even won a chicken in the Sunday meat raffle.

This is just one of the best live music venues left. I've gigged for years and this place has always been right up there gig after gig. Good beer and wonderful people complete what is a true gem to this area. Can't wait to go back :)

One of the few traditional pubs left in St Ives retaining its history and offering a fine and varied sollection of ales and renowned locally for its live entertainment.Top notch.

This is a proper wet pub, some beers are served out of the barrel. They have a concrete garden, but they do have real ale unlike the Floods Tavern! That was great position but NO Beer! For Beer go to The Royal Oak, or the Oliver Cromwell.

Oldie worldy pub set in a historic oak beemed building in the heart of the town. They look after their ale well and regularly have a decent selection of guest ales. A rough diamond of a public house to its listed interior but welcoming all the same. Don't think they do food but definitely do good beer.

Customers are brilliant. After 9 years with no support from GK we are indebted to our customers being respectful of each other and us before and now during these difficult times. Brilliant friendly people!

It's a proper pub, a mixed but friendly crowd most nights. The beer selection has improved a lot in the last year or so with a few interesting choices aside from the usual ales you find in most pubs.

Been in here a couple of times with friends at lunchtimes. Staff & locals are friendly, plus good range of excellent, well kept beers. Probably the best real ale pub in St Ives.
