Ask about the Yankee Special...best pancakes in town! Great place, ask for The Governor. This place is very accommodating and we really enjoyed our daily breakfast here.
Lovely place! They opened the kitchen for our party of 17 in the middle of the afternoon, and then perfectly coped with our default level of noise and chaos. Food (Thai and pub classics) and beer both excellent - only empty plates to take photos of!
Stopped in the campsite not fare from the Tynwald, the draft beers are very nice, really nice atmosphere they also have a small but we'll stocked shop on the premises.
They have outside bench seating.

A lovely and totally unexpected experience at the bistro today. This was my first visit, warm and welcoming, the dining room itself had background music playing and a glowing fire on the TV screen was a nice touch and the staff were very attentive. Nothing rushed and a very varied menu and specials

We were the only customers, logfire, chatty barmaids nice beer. Excellent stuff, it's in time warp from 1960 and all the better for that.
We had a fabulous Saturday lunch here. Great menu choice and friendly staff and service. The chef came out to explain a dish we asked about. All food was excellent and generous portions. Definitely recommend eating here.
