Absolutely brilliant. Room was very clean. Food was excellent/delicious. Staff were very nice and lovely. Definitely can recommend this place for stay to anyone who looking for low budget stay. And massive plus is they are dog friendly 🤟 no complain at all. I just love it and definitely this will be my first choice if Ill go back for holiday there.

Well, it's not a 5-star hotel, so if you want to have a service like 5-star, go to 5-star..for me everything was more than very good. Rooms are clear, bathroom clear, towels fresh. However, my allergic fiancé gets an allergy, but I might have happened because it's a dog friendly place-we don't know. For additional star deserved their restaurant! Burgers were amazing!

Place was really clean. Staff friendly. Burgers were so delicious, one of best I had. Slaw took me back to my childhood. After closing hours was quiet.

Stayed 2 nights, owners were welcoming and had a fab night in the pub with them and the locals. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Ordered food off the menu in the evening which was also so lush! Room was clean and the bed was really comfy!

I had the piggy dirtbag burger and oh my god it was epic and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Two smashed patties topped with pulled pork. Well worth the money and fed two of us.

Although some minor redecoration is needed in the bathrooms, it did not detract from stay. We arrived and were welcomed very positively, the service all around was exceptional. It was quiet as still in low season. We had a meal there in the evening, the food was delicious and plentiful, very fairly priced too. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The water pressure is quite low, so the shower wasn't awesome but it didn't matter really. Tea and coffee was available. The next morning went down for breakfast there was a fair range on the menu, again brilliant service. The breakfast was lovely, and loved the Cornish Tea. Overall for what is considered budget for Cornwall I would highly recommend for a stay. And it is so close to the airport should you be travelling that way.

Visited a few weeks ago with friends. Food was absolutely amazing. Had the mussles, which were unbelievable!! It's a must. Sat by the fire too. Can't wait to get back again this weekend for my son's birthday. The pub is simply stunning. Very cozy and lots of character, which I love !!

Group of 10 of us had a meal there last Thursday and we all loved it. Really big portions and great food. We will definitely be back. We went on a Thursday and Morris dancers were performing in the car park at 8pm.

Nice place , needs a little work which I believe the new owners are in the process of doing, friendly and hospitable.

Food was really nice here. Halloumi fries were lush. Staff were friendly and polite. Had a little game of pool afterwards which was good fun. Lovely pub and will definitely be back, when we are next in the area.

Visited today for Lunch, the inn is run by a very friendly lovely young couple who advised they only took over in October, a fine selection of Rum and Gin, with a good selection of draught beers, the food was divide, our children had Fish & Chips, whilst my wife & I had Fish Pie which was mmmmmm, they were also serving Sunday Roast and are doing a BBQ from 5-8pm this evening, they also have 2 great pool tables and also do breakfast, which we will probably have to sample whilst we are here on holiday, highly recommend you visit, we enjoyed it and will be going again as it is also dog friendly.

Myself, hubby and 7 month old baby stayed her after booking last minute and not doing any ‘research’. What a lucky gamble! We ended up having a brilliant stay with the best meal we had over our entire 10 day holiday. Crackin’ banter and welcome from the new owners and a breakfast that will leave you full until tea time, thank you!
