Farmers Arms - St Merryn - Photo album

This pub is definitely worth a try. We're a family who are quite particular about our eating out so when I say the food was great, it really was. My son and husband had the farmers burger and they said it was better than the Rick stein burger that they had at the start of our holiday. So thays sayin
Had an evening meal here, pub was packed. Service was fast, order taken, drinks on table. Food arrived hot and tasty. Choice of menu or carvery. Staff worked blooming hard, but always smiling, as the evening went on and the crowds went home, the bar area was lovely to sit and chat. Lots of outdoor s
What a lovely pub. Great food, great welcome and lovely atmosphere. We went for an early evening meal. We were greeted with a big smile and seated very quickly. Huge portions of tasty well cooked food. The pub has busy areas and quieter ones. Something to suit everyone.
Michael, JIllian and Pixie.FABULOUS Food and Hospitality. Dear Jackie. Thank you so very much for the wonderful Meals & Hospitality we enjoyed all through the last two weeks whilst we were on Holiday at Yellow Sands at Harlyn. We will be back in April, so look forwards to being with you again then
Great place and a very vibrant atmosphere that is dog friendly. Obviously a very popular location. Staff were very polite and helpful. Note: service stops at 8.30 and if you arrive at 8.32 as we did, it's too late.
Absolutely fabulous. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and dog friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stop after a beach walk. Will definitely be back.
We went to the Farmers Arms Inn for dinner with some friends and our dog on a Saturday evening. The pub was busy but the staff were still friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was really nice and tasty. If we are back in the area again we will try to pop in again.
Visited for a meal early on a Friday evening. The food was outstanding, one of the best rib eye steaks I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating with our 2 young children. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around St Merryn.
Been coming to this pub for years on our holidays, visited with our 2 black labradors for dinner. Staff were absolutely fantastic, got our dogs water and treats at our table. Food was superb, best pepper sauce and steak, definitely didn't dissapoint.
Carvery’s and buffet curry night were both extremely good value and as delicious as any other meal I’ve had. Extremely friendly and polite staff and just a nice atmosphere in general. Would recommend to any weary traveler, great little business A*
Great Roast dinner with plenty of veg and meat. Staff very attentive and friendly. Best book a table as it is popular around the typical holiday season. Very happy to go back and have local beer.
Went for an evening meal, they managed to seat the 5 of us, we had a great meal, pizzas were delicious, albeit pipping hot! But you wouldn't want cold food. Very tasty, and dog friendly
Went for Sunday carvery. Absolutely fantastic food and great service. Only advice is to provide proper spoons for the sundaes as it gets a bit messy using a desert spoon. They were very nice thou.
Wow, what a find. Fantastic pub, very cosy. Food was delicious, Hugh portions and extremely tasty. It's a shame it's our last day otherwise it would have been worth the drive to come every day. Staff were brilliant, such a warm welcome as we came through the door.
Popped in with my daughter for a quick drink. The Hicks Special Draft was a good pint. Didn't eat due to a wedding going on in the restaurant. Will check it out some other time. Very friendly bar staff.
Great pub. Really friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Dog friendly and the food portions are big and all cooked to perfection. Very reasonable priced. Highly recommended this place
