Tried Victor Chan's for the first time this evening. We hadn't made a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in. The interior is clean, fresh and more chic than most chinese restaurants. The service was impeccable - efficient, friendly and attentive but without being too invasive. The food was delicious, every dish piping hot, full of flavour and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every mouthful. We had set menu number 2. I'm not sure why the comments about the atmosphere, it was busy although this was a Saturday evening. But there was also nice background music and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We will definitely return.
Eaten here a few times over the years. The food is usually good. I'm told it's always busy, which would help with the atmosphere, but I've never seen more than a few people in there which has made it feel rather flat for me. On the most recent visit in Aug-2023, the staff stopped paying attention after we had first ordered, so we didn't get dessert or coffee which was a shame. Even trying to get the bill was difficult.
Came here for a meal and it was actually very delicious and my family loved it. Very reasonable prices, but portions sizes could've been bit bigger. But, still I am giving Victor Chen 5 stars because of their incredible, kind and very helpful table service and glamorous but calm interior setup. If you love Chinese food, this is a must go place if you are in St. Neots. Thank you. Thank you.
Had a takeaway on recommendation from my step son. Very impressed. Food was delicious, service was friendly and efficient and the wait wasn't long. Would definitely recommend.
We went on a Sunday evening and it was very quiet which was great. The service was excellent, the lady was attentive but not pushy. The food was amazing.
So the food and the service was amazing. The people there are so nice to you. The downside is it is so quiet. It's like a morgue. Lucky for us there was nine of us making a little bit of noise but maybe a little bit of music. Bit more scenery to look at are or something. Was just a little bit like plain Jane but the food and the service made up for it

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered to campsite. Quicker than expected and very friendly lady drove right to the gate after phoning us first. All the food was delicious and plentiful - enough for the next day too. Highly recommended.
Great hot and sour soup but the Kung po wasn't as spicy as it normally is
Lovely, attentive staff and quiet atmosphere (which was pleasant). Food was decent. A little trouble with getting our dessert ready so we had a staggered dessert which was a shame.
Best Chinese I've tried anywhere in this area by a mile. Particularly recommend the pancake rolls & king prawn with chilli & salt
We were camping up the road looking fot a Chinese restaurant. After walking out of one we stumbled across this jem. Lovely and clean. Friendly service and a great set menu. Such a shame to see it empty. Probably because it's a little out of the way of the high street. It's def worth a try.

My wife and i went here for the very first time and needless to say we will definitely be returning. Service was outstanding. Friendly and caring. Food was absolutely to notch. Fresh, hot and full of flavour. Had to wait a bit but that actually didnt bother us based on the quality of the food. So even if we dont go to the restaurant for a while we will definitely be using their takeout service from now on.
