What a lovely tea rooms in a fabulous setting in a small town. The service was 1st class and the food was plentiful and nicely presented. The cranberry, white chocolate a orange scones were fantastic and I'd highly recommend trying them. The waiting staff were well turned out and very polite and attentive. I would recommend this tea shop and will definitely be a returning customer.

Stopped in for lunch and it was a wonderful experience! The young lady who served us couldn't have been more attentive, so very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Helpfully adapted meals to fit me being a vegetarian. Large portions, fresh ingredients and the ploughmans was massive. The decor was quirky, but tastefully in the vintage tea room style. The knitted teapot cosies were super cute! We aren't locals so sad we may not be able to pop in again, but highly recommended to others. Thank you for having us!

A little gem close to the market place. We had breakfast which was delightful and enjoyed looking at all the nik naks and listening to the music. Perfect.

I went for a brew and found the menu some welsh rabbit which was cooked well, the tea came in a pot and proper tea cups. Makes a change from mugs. There was a few customers and will pop in again, when in the area.

Very homey and quaint tea room with delicious snacks. There are 2 floors, both decorated with vintage decors and wallpaper. The toilets were always kept clean and looks like you've transported into the 1920s! If driving here, you can park at the nearby Riverside car park which has very cheap tariffs (60p for 2 hours). Try to book this place beforehand instead of coming unnoticed. Tables get taken up like lightning.

Lovely place with delicious afternoon tea. The staff were friendly and attentive. I feel some soft background music would've added to the atmosphere as at times it felt too quiet.

Halloween Afternoon Tea. Great value for money, £10. Sandwiches, scones, cakes & ghosty meringues! Loved it, thank you.

Very friendly staff, nice touch the china's miss matched we all liked this, food very good, sat by the window upstairs was drafty at times Tea is free refills but herbal tea and coffee you pay extra for this was a bit disappointing as 2 of our party did not drink tea but overall was very nice and if you do go at the moment would highly recommend the gingerbread mulled wine
