Slightly faded but still of great charm. The welcome and the staff are exceptional. Breakfast served to order, excellent Sunday lunch, very good dinner with family. Nothing is too much trouble here. Parts of the hotel are very old but the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Beautiful open air pool and gardens. The hotel has 5 gardeners and it'd own kitchen garden. Exceptional wine cellars. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

We booked to eat in this restaurant as a special treat! Silly us, we didn’t read the dress code guidance well (and certainly hadn’t packed for it) and the maitre d seated us kindly in the bar before explaining this. We were offered all the menus, and to be seated either in the bar or by the poolside instead of the dining room and were delighted to have our meal outside. The “change” in plan actually worked well in our favour as we had more romantic evening as a result. The food was delicious and we opted for the Jersey wine although I forewarn others of the price mark up. I was very happy to pay: the staff all took their roles very seriously and made us feel special and welcome throughout. We were reseated in the bar for cheese and then managed to tour their special cellar and agree with the guide books: not to be missed! A fab evening made better by finding a cat living his best retirement at the hotel.

First visited 33 years ago for my honeymoon and have been fortunate to return on several occasions over the years. Service and staff are excellent and really make you feel welcome. Highly recommend a visit to this marvellous hotel.

Went here to celebrate my partner's birthday. Very good food but be warned it's not cheap. Pictures are of the tidal spice cocktail and cheese selection. A fantastic experience. Walkable distance from St Helier too.

Total luxury! Fantastic room with everything you can think of including fresh mince pies everyday. Great breakfast and even better dinner, it's worth it. Finally, the most impressive part were the people, from cleaner to manager, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. I've stayed at most high end hotels in Jersey and this has been the best yet. A well deserved 5 🌟.

Had our first afternoon tea at the hostel's café. Expensive prices but it was the best pastries and cakes we ever had in Jersey. Staff is really discreet and nice. Beautiful garden to visit as well.

This is a lovely restaurant within a beautiful hotel. Set in its own gardens but surprisingly close to residential area. It is expensive but you are not just paying for the food but the atmosphere and first class service from the exceptionally professional staff as well. The scallops in my starter were perfectly cooked however the fennel accompanying them was tough and fibrous. The fillet main was divine and the gooseberry souffle was one of the best puddings I've ever eaten. Overall a great meal and the attention and attitude of the staff a credit to the restaurant. Definitely worth treating yourself to a visit here

Amazing food, beautifully presented, friendly and relaxed atmosphere with very attentive service. A drink on the terrace before dinner and a stunning 3 course meal with great wine, finished with a tour of the wine cellar. An amazing treat meal for a special occasion.

We had a family meal here one evening during our recent trip to Jersey, having read the wonderful reviews online, and it being quite near our hotel. It is not an exaggeration to say it was one of the best meals we have all had in a very long time. The service and ambiance were also top notch, and although I was a little nervous at first that it might be a bit formal for our two phone addicted children, they were also made to feel extremely welcome and offered a lovely children's menu to chose from. We simple can't fault it, and would hope to go back at some point in the future.

this Manor Hotel gave us the best 5 days holiday. The staff were just so friendly. nothing was too much for them. the Manor house is full of charm. The food excellent, most of the produce straight from their kitchen gardens. Their wine cellar a treat to see and taste. All the staff seemed to be there just for you. A wonderful treat for us. We will so be staying again
