Mackenzie's Stores - Staffin - Photo album

I'd love to give this TEN stars! Wonderful curry served by such lovely people. We ate outside with a stunning view over to Staffin Bay and the mighty Quiraing. This is an absolute GEM of a place - a real unexpected delight which will be more memorable than any Michelin Star meal I've ever eaten. NB
Amazing curry and samosas from lovely people. Great stock of food and home consumables too. Highly recommended!!
Little gem between the two most popular hikes in Isle of Skye. The staff was very friendly and the homemade curry was delicious. They also do takeaway.
We stopped by on our motorbikes for a hot, delicious panini and groceries. The owner was lovely and let us eat lunch outside and even boiled our water for us to make a hot brew.
An absolute saviour during our short road trip a couple of days back! We reached there just after they were closing up but they were incredibly kind and cooked us a quick meal. And the curry was delicious! We will definitely visit again if we plan another trip here. Thank you so much! :)
After a steep walk up to the Old Man of Storr, we were looking for some lunch (options in the area are sparse) and decided to give this roadside shop/petrol station to go. We had two portions of the chicken curry (made to order), which was delicious and provided us with the energy to do more hikes.
Cute little off-licence. The lovely Sonia is so friendly and always happy to help you with all your questions. It's definitely worth a visit whilst in the neighbourhood.
Sonia and her girls are a breath of fresh air. They are so polite and always go above and beyond to help people.
Visited this store on the way to Quiraing. Amazing food !!! Sweetest and kindest people you will meet. Must visit this Indian store for their homemade food and the view . Absolutely loved the experience .
We had a flat tyre on our way back to Portree so we stopped at the store to ask for help. Sonia and her husband were so kind to help us contact the car company as none of us had network. We waited till the person came to change our tyre and we had amazing food at the store. Sonia makes such amazing
This place is open on Sundays, a rare thing on Skye. Not the best food, but surely saves you from starving.
Visited yesterday and we had curry which was amazing! Ordered and they brought it out to our car for us as it was raining. Lovely couple 😊we have 6 days left on skye so hopefully will be back for another delicious curry!
Very nice people. Food and the view is absolutely breathtaking! A must stop place on Skye for refreshing.
This is a little gem of a place. Completely unassuming. Sonia greeted us with warmth and fun. We had 3 curries made to our specification of spice. Simply Delicious. The nan bread, buttery, hot and lovely. I would make this a destination stop! Lots of grocery bits too. Great!
It is a small shop run by a very friendly, generous and helpful Hindu family. They sell food and make some amazing bacon and sausage rolls. They have tables by the road where you can order your drink while they prepare your food and bring it to you. If it is raining they take it directly to the car.
Visited in May 2022. Nice little store in a small village with a friendly owner. We got some light snacks from here before continuing to our next destination. The owner is really kind to help us heat up our pies. Was here initially to look for takeaway but they serve takeaway only on weekends.
This store has a bot of everything. Great stop for breakfast.
Great vegetarian, vegan and meat options at this take away in Isle Of Skye. There is not much food options in this area if you are driving around to visit all the tourist sights. Save this spot for your future trip:). This is near Mealt waterfall, Kilt Rock viewpoint and Quiraing Vista.
