Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered from here for years until recently when a new manager was placed under control . She was very rude and what I believe to have deliberately did everything opposite on my last order of what I asked. The last conversation with this woman , she informed she was the new manager and started to trash talk an employee which I found very unprofessional. Never in years have I had one problem until this lady was placed in the management position at this location. I always tip very well to whomever delivers my pizza and I am always very sweet to whomever I speak with as I’m very big on respect … I have now taken all of my business to another location up the street and I will gladly continue to order pick up vs delivery to assure respect and unprofessionalism for customers that spend atleast $40 every order up to two times a week … I’m a full time nursing student so it was pretty convenient being a full time mama also of two young babies to order delivery . I feel bad for the employees and customers that are subjected to that behavior . Specially for the young man that has been there quite some time as well as him being trash talked to customers by his own manager… 😣

Let's just dive in! Online order gone wrong My wife placed it , so I had no idea she had ordered a salad. Walk in, pay the bill+10 tip. I remember looking at the salad bar and noted to myself, not alot of items, and hardly no lettuce in the bowl. Anyways, I get home, my wife ask where's the salad, and of course we call. So this is when it gets interesting, The manager answers, I explain we ordered a salad, and didn't receive it. The manager says that we are supposed to make our own! I explained how I didn't know that, no one mentioned it and even if I had known, they didn't have enough to make one anyways, she says, she will take a look, I say it's 3 feet away from where she is standing, and that's when it became apparent, especially as she told me, she was in the back. This explains it all, the manager isn't even managing. Anyways, 3 stars as the pizza taste great, Thanks Pizza Hut manager girl!

This Pizza Hut is hampered by not having adequate employee staffing to accommodate the delivery process...I ordered my pizza last night at 5:45 and it was scheduled to be delivered within one (1) hour; however, my pizza was not delivered until 7:35 pm...That is almost two (2) hours of waiting...This is unacceptable in the pizza delivery market...My wife and I enjoy the pizza at Pizza Hut and will most likely only dine IN when we have the urge for pizza at the HUT...Please get your delivery staff replenished, because your competitors are still delivering pizzas within a 30 minute timeframe..! Ordered a couple large pizzas for carry-out. The stuffed crust had a ton of cheese in it and was very well made. The other pizza was pan style, and at first glance it looked a bit thin, but it was actually delicious and perfectly cooked. I love pan style because it gets that thin fried outside layer on the bottom of the crust, and this one was just right.

Tonight, the 6th of April, was absolutely the best Pizza Hut experience we have ever had. I ordered online and it was delivered very quickly and it was piping hot. The pie was cut perfectly, the toppings were fresh and evenly dispersed and we got a box of hot wings that were perfectly sauced and hot. It was so so good. We even got paper plates and napkins, and plenty of Parmesan and chili flakes without requesting them. I am so happy with our experience we will definitely be reordering soon.
