WORST 7 ELEVEN !!!!
I tried some coffee and it was cold. The cashier was busy so I called someone from the back and he said to ask to the cashier.
I asked her " Which coffee is hot or warm? Because I tried some and it is cold." She replied :
THERE IS A MICROWAVE THERE.
I had to microwave my own coffee!
What kind of customer service is this?
If you aren't able to keep up with the store policy or food and beverage policy you are definitely working in the wrong place.
