Amazing food. Cooked when you order. Fast and friendly. Options for all, grilled or fried. Very homestyle cooked food. The seating area is A bit small but the atmosphere is just right. I would recomend the grilled chicken sandwich. More placed should be like this establisment. All chillis and subways are the same. Try aomething different

HELLO MY FRIEND!!! is the greeting you'll get coming in from the lady working. Know what you want. Do as you are told. Answer what is asked. Grub is all good!!! The owner & staff have their own unique attitude and moods. I'm there to grub. We all have our days. Chicken fried chicken or steak w/xtra gravy, double mashed w/xtra gravy and double garlic toasts or rolls to clean up all that gravy! Space is tight, hours are limited. But the grub consumed makes up for all that hurts your bit$& a$$ feelings. This is the Grub Spot!

Yesterday June 3rd, we experienced the worst customer service from the owner/manager. June 2nd a day in advance we discussed and placed an order for 293.00, requesting to have it ready for 12:30 June 3rd. He said no he’ll have it ready for 12 noon, 11:40am they called saying they need us to come to pay for the order immediately someone went to the location to pay and pick up the food to find that it wasn’t ready for pickup. She had to wait from 11:45- 1:40 for an order that was placed a day ahead of time. Customers were there waiting for their orders as well. But poor judgment on the owner, he didn’t prepare for the orders in advance even though he agreed to have them ready for our luncheon. While there, again you could hear him talk rudely to his employees. Yes he may have been under pressure to get the orders out but he should have come in earlier to prepare or prep since it was a large order and try to take care of his other customers in which he couldn’t because he didn’t prepare for the storm. The food delicious, size portions worth every penny, but his attitude and the way he treat his employees pure rudeness and unprofessional. Poor customer service.

Roberto the food is good But the Customer Service is Bad I asked the brother that owe the place can I get a Fry Catfish and he said they're not serving Fry Food Anymore but as I was waiting inline he served Fry Chicken Fried Chicken and Fries .... So I order that then he asked me white gravy or brown I said white he said that's what you was going to get anyway because I not serving but white gravy Now on because people make to many choices he don't have time for that .....
