Fabulous service. Staff very helpful with the Costa App on my phone helping me with my birthday treat. Only one little observation of criticism is that the fabric on some of the seating really needs replacing.

Atmosphere was lovely calm, food was good only reason I didn't rate 5 is cause it was my first time trying food from there and I had only a cake slice , service was great and the adapted nicely to what my request was as awkward as it was 😅 super friendly staff.

It's gets busy you have to wait about five mins when it is busy but the staff work so hard not to keep you waiting the staff are so poilet and happy ful they even have a chat to you when they are making your coffee which is nice as I suffer with anxiety but they make me so comfy u always come here for my coffee due to staff the coffee is amazing from here. I've been to other Costa and the coffee gas not been that nice but here it's perfect. It's a small cafe but it's feels homely seats for everyone one for all disability do have toilets on site even seating outside

Everything you'd expect from a Costa. Good brand standard drinks and food. Staff were great with the whole family and very understanding that my nephews new favourite game is throw his drink everywhere within seconds and then laugh when the staff have to tidy it (he's 10 months and adorable so I don't think they mind)

It's a chain fast drinks place - you should know what you're getting in for.
Service was good. Drink was well made.
Didn't have to wait for a seat. Options to sit inside and outside.
They do take away and eat in options.
Their cake was good too!

Called in to your café on the retail park at Stafford today at about 12.15.I would like to say the place Was clean and spotless. The staff were pleasant and helpful we were greeted with a smile and a friendly word. May I say they are a credit to your company.
