Great family run garden centre. Well stocked with everything. Lovely plants and pots. There's not much car parking. Looks like building work is taking place. Great coffee shop. Friendly staff. Good choice of food. Outside seating area. Not a lover of take out cups, which are only allowed outside. Wildlife area for the children. Take a visit you won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from a lovely afternoon tea. Staff were warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Nice variety of sandwiches and cakes, so much so we had to bring some of our cakes home. Look forward to returning soon to sample some other menu options.

Really enjoyed wandering around the garden centre and then visiting the animal centre. There are new animals and enclosures since the fire and it looks like they will be building more. Felt sorry for the 2 dogs that are kept there. We were given a free pass to return later in the year. We then visited the cafe and had a panini which was really nice. The cafe was very busy. We finished the trip by buying lemon curd and dog toys which were reasonably priced.

This is one of our favourite places for gardening and plants, a wonderful cafe with scrummy cakes and lovely lunches , and most of all we enjoy the wildlife centre where one can see many birds and animals that have been rescued and given a wonderful home. Well done Fletchers Wild Life Centre. You are top of the list!!

We go to the cafe with our daughter regularly, the staff are always lovely with her & the food is great and reasonably priced. More recently we purchased some garden furniture and the service went above and beyond. We had arranged for delivery the next week but the weather was nice over the bank holiday so the team came and delivered early at the end of a busy shift so that we got to enjoy the furniture in the sunshine. Thoroughly recommend this lovely garden centre and staff!

What a fabulous little garden centre!! The restaurant serves really good food which is piping hot and fresh. Prices are good too. They have a super range of ladies clothes which are constantly updated. Fletchers buy really well and you can always find something unusual for a lovely gift here. I visit a lot of garden centres all over Shropshire and West Midlands and Fletchers is one of the best

A great little garden centre, with additional attractions.always a great selection of bedding plants, slightly smaller selection of plants. It also has a nice restaurant for dinning out ,and if it's dry outside seating.

Fletchers Garden Centre: A Noble Effort with Room for Improvement Fletchers Garden Centre is a local establishment that has made a commendable effort to provide a wide range of gardening and home-related products. While their intentions and offerings are undoubtedly well-intentioned, there are certain aspects that make it a slightly confusing experience. Thus, I find it deserving of a four-star rating. One of the most noticeable challenges at Fletchers Garden Centre is the confusing layout. The layout resembles a maze, with winding aisles and sections that can be disorienting to navigate. This can be frustrating, particularly when you have a specific item in mind or are on a time constraint. A more straightforward and well-organized layout would greatly enhance the shopping experience, making it easier to locate and explore the products on offer. One aspect that I found less appealing during my visit is the way the store directs customers along a predetermined sequence. I prefer a more open and flexible shopping experience where I can browse at my own pace and choose the sections that interest me the most. The feeling of being corralled through a predetermined path can be restrictive and might not align with the preferences of all customers. Providing more freedom for exploration would certainly improve the overall experience. Another point of consideration is the overall impression of the establishment. While Fletchers Garden Centre has made genuine efforts to provide a wide range of products, it has a somewhat "Heath Robinson" feel. The variety of items available, from gardening tools to home decor, gives it a diverse, almost eclectic vibe. However, this diversity can sometimes lead to a lack of cohesion in the shopping experience. A more focused and curated selection of products could improve the overall appeal of the store. On a more positive note, Fletchers Garden Centre does have its merits. They offer a commendable range of gardening supplies, and their selection of plants and outdoor decor is noteworthy. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, which is always appreciated when seeking advice or assistance. The garden centre is clearly dedicated to providing a wide assortment of items to cater to the needs of both experienced gardeners and those new to the hobby. In conclusion, Fletchers Garden Centre is a well-intentioned establishment with an admirable range of gardening and home-related products. However, the confusing layout and the enforced shopping sequence can make the shopping experience less enjoyable. The overall impression of the business is a bit scattered, and a more focused approach to product selection could enhance the store's appeal. Despite these drawbacks, the store does have its merits, including a diverse range of gardening supplies and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A four-star rating is fitting, as there is room for improvement to make the shopping experience more streamlined and customer-friendly.

Met with a friend for a meal and I can highly recommend it. Clean and friendly and the meal was big and hot, well worth the price. So Mum and I booked a table for lunch on Tuesday and spoke to Louise. Never disappointed, as usual the food was delicious, hot and amazing portions. Not just Louise but the other ladies are so helpful and willing to make sure everyone has a good experience. Huge variety but have to admit the broccoli cheese bake is my favourite and so tasty. I also like that the cafe is animal friendly, we got to stroke some beautiful dogs and to talk to some wonderful owners. Thanks to all the team, you are all so very lovely and I will miss you when I go home to Weston super mare.

A really fun day out for children with a small play area and a surprisingly diverse selection of animals to see in the wildlife centre. Would be 5 stars if you could get an annual pass to reward regular visitors to the wildlife centre

Lovely garden centre with plenty to look around. Nice little cafe to get some refreshments. Small wildlife sanctuary and train rides also available, so can easily spend a couple of hours or so here.

I have been a long time visitor of Fletchers first visiting in the 1990s. I have seen it grow and change over the years but over the last few years nothing seems to have changed much. We visited for a bite to eat and a look at the Christmas decorations. I always thought Fletchers did a good display for Christmas but it's no getting a little stale they need to mix it up a little. The cafe was nice and the mocha the best I have had for a while!
