Lovely little "proper pub". Great selection of cask ales and very welcoming service. Just experienced a special tapas night where literally every dish was outstanding. Must bode well for the usual menu. Recommended.
We have just had a good value home cooked Carvery Sunday lunch at the Crown. 1 course £9.95 - 3 courses for £14.95. Really big starters and desserts. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We will most certainly be back when we are next in the area.

We recently visited the The Crown Inn and were very pleasantly suprised. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed it that much we returned for a roast following week and that did taste good

It was the venue after the crematorium, the spread was wonderful, nice filling on the sandwiches, hot chips & cocktail sausage 's, plus you can get mugs of tea or coffee.
Our favourite place. So friendly, Andy and Sarah are the loveliest people. Great food. Animal friendly. You need to book for the steak night. xx
