Had a lovely 2 course lunchtime meal and we were allowed to serve and eat a brought with us birthday cake for my daughters birthday 👍 lovely service and lovely outdoor seating area 🌟
Fantastic Sunday carvery yesterday with the family! Good to have other options for those that didn't want a carvery but they missed out! Really good choice of meat, well cooked, and wide range of vegetables and gravy/condiments. All piping hot.and fresh at 3pm sitting.
Needed to grab something to eat quickly. The service was spot on, the food really nice and very well priced! Trinity, our waitress, was fantastic. Friendly and super efficient!
I love coming here!! It's becoming a regular thing for myself and my family. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. With a lovely family atmosphere ❤️
Love going to this place. Good offers for different days. There burgers are great. Lovely location and atmosphere. Service is very good. Ideal for casual parties or dine ins. Staff is friendly as well. It also gives ease of ordering food through app. Recommended to visit.
Good Value Pub Grub. Monday night 241 Burgers - 4 burgers, a pint, a glass of wine, a J2O and an Appletise - £38. Clean plates all around, helpful and friendly staff - the food was a little greasy. For that reason, I'd say between 3 and 4 stars, but can't give a 3.5
Lovely carvery. All fresh food hadn’t been sitting there going dry. Our server Matthew was brilliant very friendly and attentive. Excellent!
Good sized portions, carvery was not dry and the vegetables were fresh. Not busy and quick service at the bar. My friend eats like a viking and very much enjoyed his dinner. My son wasn't far behind him!!!
We had a lovely carvery here tonight and the service from all staff was fabulous big shoutout to Megan on the bar and Matthew the waiter who both went above and beyond. Definitely recommend here for the carvery the meat is tasty and all the added extras. We also requested our pudding to takeaway and
We dropped by today and dined upstairs because we had our dogs with us. The food was decent and the barman (didn't ask his name but glasses and forearm inkings) was very efficient, thoughtful and a credit to your pub. The locals were friendly too. Over all, we were pleased with our choice.
Lovely staff, nice food (the camembert and root veg veggie option for the carvery was lovely), the page was reasonably quiet and it was easy to find a nice table.
Great carvery. Food cooked spot on. Can be a queue quite often to get served, and there are occasions that you have to wait for food to be restocked just because it is so busy. But - yes. Fab place
We visited here whilst on our recent canal boat holiday. We were a party of 7 adults and decided to try the carvery. It was very hot and plenty of different veg choices. Our party was so pleased with the food that not only did they insist we stay the night and go for all you can eat breakfast the fo
Amazingly Carvery food was so fresh and a good variety. Matthew was a nice guy very welcoming fun and bubbly. Will definitely go back
