Elizabeth was lovely and managing the bar almost all on her own on a Saturday night. There was no DJ or dancefloor but her vibes were up and she was incredibly friendly and managing her requests well. I come regularly and I think she's the nicest staff at the Slug that I've met. Go Elizabeth!
Pretty jive place with good food and nice drinks. Worth the money and the time - especially good if you just need a short break, want to eat something without being too filled up. You can pay cash or by card.
We had a party of 11 arrive at 7.30pm and they looked after us so well.

They do great tasting cocktails, great price at 2-1. Roughly around £8-£12 for two cocktails. Music past 8/9pm is great, only downfall is some of their food.
Came to bottomless brunch on Friday afternoon, we went at 2pm and it was empty but nice. We had Thalia serving us the two hours and couldn’t have had anyone better to bring our food and drinks and generally amazing table service. Thank you xx

Amazing, booked the cocktail making class and was severed by Jack. It was brilliant could not recommend enough for a birthday or just a good night out
Amazing little bar, great atmosphere and amazing selection of drinks. 2 for 1 on cocktails and great food. DJ play some lovely tunes and great for party and dancing. We visit here regularly.

I had lunch here yesterday sat 16th September with my wife and friend.
We had bambini bellinis ( mocktail) which were lovely. The food was also fantastic, we had fish and chips, waffle eggs and a chicken burger.
Service was great and it was so nice sitting outside by the river having our lunch. 5
Very good atmosphere here, the food is lovely. The bar staff are all very polite, quick and efficient. We were served by a man named Jack and he was very friendly and helpful.
