Located at the centre location on staines high street, this is a perfect meal deal place during shopping. Ambience is perfect. Good seating with lots of space. Served by very friendly and experienced staff. One of the best subways to go in the area.
Good food and great customer service. I am regular visitor , I always enjoy the morning sunshine in the store. Staff are very polite. Sometimes things are little out of control during rush hour.
First time visiting this location today, exceptional service. Had a voucher that didn't work here, staff explained it to me and still gave a discount as an apology. Quality of sandwich was also very high. Definitely coming here more

Firstly, food was amazing. But I'm submitting this review for the Subway employee at this particular time. All on her own doing her job impeccably. If it were me, I'd have a face like a slapped arse and be bored out my mind. She however was lovely and constantly smiling.

Lovely fresh bread but staff do not change there gloves when touching pork and other meats very disappointed as I am vegetarian they should know the simple basics about food hygiene...
