It was really good, I went here with my family for a birthday and the customer service was 10/10 and the staff were so nice

Good food, great value, nice friendly team of staff. Bit old around the edges, but all food otherwise.

Always very welcoming and, thankfully efficient when busy. Good selection of veggie and meat dishes with choice on menu. Delicious chicken tikka masala (if that’s your thing.)

We had a lovely meal. The food was great the service was good and we had a lovely evening. I am looking forward to our next visit.

Have only had take away from this place. But its always been tasty! Definitely the best option for take away curry within 10 miles. Very friendly staff and attentive :)

The food is honestly amazing, I 10/10 would recommend. The meat samosas were packed generously, unlike every other Indian takeaway I've been too. And the other food we ordered hd was delicious.

Went to Saffron restaurant this evening. Had been to their previous restaurant in Henstridge and always had a good meal. Their change of location has not affected the quality of their food, friendliness or service. All remain excellent. Unfortunately, the meal I ordered was more spicy than I realised! Not only did they provide me with some natural yoghurt but when that wasn't enough, they insisted on cooking me a whole new meal that was less spicy!! On chatting to the owner, he wants to update the decor and make the place more inviting, but obviously needs to get established first. Would highly recommended visiting.

A newly opened restaurant in Stalbridge that is trying very hard to establish itself after the nearby one where they worked, closed down. The entrance could be smarter and they might have a rethink about the interior decor, but these are clearly difficult times and these changes will take time. The food was excellent and the owners are both very friendly and helpful. They are very keen to accommodate any special requests and with this positive attitude, I am confident they can make a success of this place especially with so few dine in Indian / Bangladeshi restaurants in the area. Not yet quite good enough overall for 5*’s but close!

Went there on a Sunday evening for a family meal. Made to feel very welcome, service and food was excellent and nicely presented. Reasonable prices. Great to see them back in business after losing the cottage.

We had a marvellous meal here this evening. The food was excellent, the decor and ambience first class as were the attention and service from the staff. All in all this is a splendid addition to the dining options in the region. Highly recommended.

Utterly fantastic food! Great value. We recently moved into the area and found out that Saffron was only 7 minutes away! The team are wonderful, and the food is top notch. We’ll be regulars for sure.

Really high quality food, will be back soon and will be spreading the word about this restaurants amazing authentic cuisine, the entrance/outside area could do with a tidy up but it's such a small gripe I still can't give the restaurant any less than 5 stars, great food!
