Sawtooth Luce's

This has to be arguably the best place in Stanley to get a burger & fries meal that's delicious and offers one of the more affordable options for the area. The quarter pound Angus burger is amazing and full of great flavor. Even after we ate it, are mouth was salivating for more. We will be coming back here whenever we are in the area and are craving a good burger. The customer service was also really great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with any request. Kind and took time to speak with you. The place has a great local feel to it. Our one complaint is that they were very skimpy on the fries. We would have loved to have more, they definitely gave less fries with their meal than any place we have been at in this area. Would make for a perfect meal if that one thing was adjusted! Other than that, its a great place to eat and would highly recommend it.

Stopped by for lunch mid week. Not crowded. Pleasant service. Meal was served quickly and hamburgers were cooked perfectly. My only reason for not posting five stars was the price…food plus tax plus $10 tip was $60 for three hamburgers three french fries and three waters. Ouch! I realize we ate at a restaurant in a small town in the middle of nowhere but $14 burgers and $2 each for a slice of cheese is a bit prohibitive for a family meal if you have a few kids in tow. But, the burgers were pretty darned good!

Stopped here after 4 days of backpacking in the Sawtooths. Service was amazing from the time we walked in. We ordered the burgers dressed the way we wanted. The burger was even more amazing than the service. It was hot, filling and the hot, salty fries with the fry sauce was the perfect complement. Would easily go back if ever in the area again.
