I have been here a total of 2 times. The 1st, they were extremely busy and barely had anywhere to sit and was running out of food but have a great server who apologize, communicated, greeted and had the best personality. Plus, food was great! However, 2nd visit was a total 180 from my first visit. We had a party of 3 and walked in they weren't even busy and no one greeted us or even dare to make eye contact for 5 minutes. We stood there while a waitress folded plastic bags?!!! Finally, the cashier asked us if we had call in an order and we had to tell them we were dining in and they told us to sit anywhere. The waitress, Joanne, who was folding plastic bags came to server our table with a very visible why-do-I-have-to-do-this attitude. She was unaware that this place is supposed to be "friendly". She then proceeded to apparently not know the menu while we ordered. I substituted my toast to hash-brown...she asked me if the menu said that? I had to show her where I read it. My brother ordered an omelette that came with 2 sides. She missed it and my sister ordered eggs and she also didn't write it down. I had to repeat to her 3 times that my bother was missing his 2 sides cause she kept walking away and not listening to me. She bought me extra toast thinking I asked for it in the confusion.... Joanne who doesn't know the menu and messed up our order needs to be retrain on customer service and learn the menu. But if you listen to your customers in the first place, you would have avoided a lot of mistakes. Plus an apology goes a long way. No, she never acknowledge her mistakes or apologized. On the upside, the food was still just as good and came out fast. Barbara who is new and was not even our server apologized to us and was extremely nice about the whole debacle. Even checking to see if we needed anything else. This is a tiny local place that charges $1.75 for using credit card. They do provide sanitizer and staff do wear mask but sitting is not 6ft apart. I wish to rate them higher, but the high price tag with the poor customer service is a 3 star for me...even though the food is delicious.

First time and the last time. Worst service ever. Had to go get my own silverware my own creamer and then was to bring out rest of my toast and never got it. Not once did waitress stop and ask how things were. Food not great unless u like deep fried frozen homefries.

We've tried this place twice. Both times were a big let down. The first time we went with our toddler, another couple and their toddler. We sat down and the waitress came, took our drink orders. Brought us our drink and took our food order. After that we sat for about 40 minutes. The waitress never came back to check on us or refill drinks. After wed been there for close to an hour with two hungry fussy toddlers we put money on the table for our drinks and left. We walked right by the waitress and she didn't even say anything and wouldn't make eye contact The second time we went was several months later. I gave them time to work the kinks out but I wanted to try them again because it is a local place. We went in with our toddler for breakfast at about 10am on a Saturday, it wasn't very busy. Got our drinks and then again waited 45 minutes trying to get our food. Our toddler was upset so we got up to leave at about the 50 minute mark when the food came out as we got to the door so we sat back down. The owner noticed we were trying to leave so she sent the cook out who made excuses for how they are really busy (restaurant was maybe half capacity), I told them about the last experience we had there too. No real apology was offered. We ate, paid for our food and left. The only good thing I'll say is when the food finally came out it was good. I won't be back again.

Great little breakfast place! Was in the area over the weekend, drove past, saw a full parking lot, so decided to check it out. Very friendly staff, comfortable environment and great food. It took a little bit long to get my food but well worth the wait. You cant go wrong with this place.
