Park Avenue

My husband proposed to me here back near the gardens in 2018. It holds such a special place in our hearts. We hope we get to come back soon. There have been zero updates. I randomly call the number to see if there’s any updates on the voicemail message. We drive by sometimes and there is still a sign that says coming soon. If there any update will you reply here? Thank you! We miss you!

It looks like he's closed and will not reopen again. I've eaten here 5 times, lunch only. Terrific food, great service. The decor is 50's retro. The sole amandine is easily the best in Orange County. Skirt steak salad, delicious. Great veggies, some from their own garden on site. Chef David Slay is creative while keeping the classic dishes at their best. They have a reasonably good wine list, heavy on California, and light on other producers. A rather strange policy of NO carry in wine.

Unique and elegant restaurant. Steaks & Chops are the specialty here. Small bar space. Lengthy alcohol menu. Usually, busy on Friday and Saturday nights - would recommend reservations especially if this is your pick for a special occasion. Not hard on coat & tie policy but don't be wearing daisy duke's and sleeveless shirts. At times they hold special occasions so do your advance research well before your special night. Enjoy your dining experience here, I did and it included dessert!

This was my 1st time dining at Park Ave. We started out with the steak bites over a bed of coleslaw. Definitely not something I would order again. The texture didn't feel right. But then again I'm not a fan of red meat so there you go. Next up were salads. My ceasar had too much dressing and a bit too much pepper but otherwise good. There was only 1 option for chicken so that's what I had. It was delicious and I was happy with it. I was jealous of the beautiful twice baked potatoes on his plate. They were yummy. We dined at the bar so I can't give an account of what the dining area looked like. My loss...

Our first time here. It was terrific, from the bar (very friendly and knowledgeable bartender), he told us the history of the restaurant, to the exceptional service and food. The server clearly described the nights specials, which were delicious. We checked out the grounds and herb gardens, very pretty areas. We will definitely be going again.

Amazing food and it's a hidden gem in Stanton that will surprise you for sure ,the food and menu are delicious and me and my wife have been going here for years and we just tried the chef/owner newer garage Italian restaurant for the first time and it's just as amazing ,to get there you walk through his secret garden, it's definitely worth trying and you won't be let down at all and it's a awesome place to take your special someone on a date night or even a first date both restaurant's.

Went this passed Saturday for our anniversary. My husband surprised me. Really great service. We had Jeff as our server, who did not only have really excellent knowledge of the menu and special items, but also gave us a personal tour around the other parts of the restaurant including the garden they have! He was super attentive and very patient with us and our questions. He also had a great recommendation for wine that paired well with what we ordered which was the stuffed porkchop and the special menu's swordfish. Both amazing! Great atmosphere and great surprises await you when you dine here. The manager even came to our table to greet us. We just joined the email blast where they will have upcoming wine tasting events and such. Great place to throw an event like a wedding or renewal of vows or the like. Definitely want to come back to try the Italian restaurant side near the garden. Gonna double date it next time too to share the love. Thanks Jeff for the kind service! Hope to get you next time.
