Mama's Kabab

Mediterranean restaurant in Stanton. The place is unassuming, but clean. Service is excellent and relatively fast (you don't want any faster...) The food is good, maybe not top-shelf, but still pretty good. More importantly, the prices are typically lower than those of similar restaurants in the area, making Mama's Kabab a terrific value for the price. Parking is plentiful and easy in the area.

I had the pleasure of trying Mama Kebobs' combo plate, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were rich and authentic, offering a perfect blend of savory and aromatic spices. Been here before, quaint mom and pop shop in the plaza specializing in Mediterranean food like kabobs and gyros. Very homey atmosphere, spices on the food are good. Had the lamb plate and although there wasn't much lamb, there was plenty of hummus, pita, salad and rice so I stuffed by the end. Would go again if craving this type of food again

Looks like it is a family owned spot (husband and wife?). They were nice and the place was clean, food was good, and prices were reasonable. I got a large hummus and it was totally worth it. Also got the Kafta Plate, their #3, and the rice was solid plus it was served with a really good garlic sauce. Some places are too garlicky and just pungent and overpowering. This was solid flavor and creaminess. I only wish there was more meat! The serving size was good, I just always want more protein!
