I would like to thank the staff at the stapleford subway I let my son go to get his subway on his own he had to cross 1 main road it's the1st time I've let him do this they were so kind and very helpful top of my chart the girl who saved him gave him a money bag to put the change in n told him to be careful across the main road 5 stars
Not sure about other subways but the bramcote one is great. Staff are friendly and remember the regulars. Place is spotless ,food good too
This is by far the best subway I’ve ever visited, the staff are friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble for them, the gentleman that works there is exceptional, mass food chain but these guys do it right

Visited on Saturday (15th Aug), they were quite busy with a stream of people. Spotlessly clean and a friendly welcome. Allowed us time to decide and also helped me with selecting something vegetarian. Made my vegetarian sandwich by changing their gloves, using ingredients from the salad chilling away from the meat and also toasted it separately away from anything else. I was so impressed with their understanding!! Plus it was really tasty. Will definitely be back. Thanks
Nice clean subway, staff very efficient and polite, we have been served a few times now by a young lady named “Kimberley” whom we have found most polite and courteous. We hope she is recognised by the management as an exceptional member of staff. Many thanks to all.
Ordered through deliveroo. First time I've been able to order hot protein (for chicken teriyaki) food was delicious, quick from ordering to delivery, driver was friendly. Veg was juicy and fresh, proteins were hot. Lovely

So revisited this restaurant recently after a couple of years away and was surprised by what i found.Sometimes when you revisit a site you are disappointed by certain elements of cleanliness etc.Not on this occasion!!.
The staff were very motivated and welcoming to us at the shop.The shop was spotless and the toilet was clean and smelt fresh.The floors were well swept and the edges were clean.The choice of menu was very good and continuously changing.This i like as the menu never seems to get stale in its choices.The staff were very helpful and helped me with my food to the table as they recognised my physical disability and was grateful for this.
Once more i enjoyed my food and will revisit this shop again.Top praise to the staff who make it such a good event.
Love a good sub. So many choices and each are as good everytime they are chosen. Still confused as to why some subways hold grated carrot but most don't? Other than that no matter where you go you always get a cracking sub. Meatballs are nice, the nachos are good if they have any. Pleasant staff in all that i have visited and overall, clean tables.
Well because I have a desease called celiac I had a gluten free bread with extra tuna it was messy but delicious
