Stevenage F&B is always lovely, welcoming and the food tastes lovely. The staff are always keen and always off a good service. Only thing I'd say is that the Happy Birthday song is sometimes too loud. I'm all for joy, but it is sometime loud.

Hannah was our server and she was very knowledgeable even about products they use to have but unfortunately don’t have anymore like the cheese fondue (pls bring this back ) and very attentive and helpful when I wasn’t sure what I wanted when she’s in I know we’ll be looked after always smiling aswell that just adds to the atmosphere

Was hesitant to go to F&Bs as it feels like you've done, you've done them all as with most chains. However, I came away from my late lunch very satisfied. Food came out quicker than any fast food place I've been to in recent years and our server, Kai, had a fantastic demeanor that would bring anyone from 10 to chill in seconds. Nothing seemed like a chore for him and it really made for a great meal.

Lovely food first one little bit spicy but had a great experience with both the manager (Kyle) and the waiter (kai) who served us both lovely genuine people let me swap meals even though it was my own fault

We went at about 20.00 most places refused us as they were closing at 9. Not here. The staff welcomed us were happy to serve us and maintained a happy atmosphere even if the place wasn't massively busy. Food was slightly above average. Kinda what you would expect desserts where good tho. Staff didn't rush us or make us feel uncomfortable.fortable at the end of the night. I don't usually tip when I eat out (controversial I know) but they earnt it!!

We all had a great time having a meal. There were 9 other us. We shared some starters, all had mains and dessert. I had the spicy meatball pasta and it was delicious, with cheese cake for dessert. Everything was great and the music playing created a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Convenient place to have a quick bite before or after a 10 pin bowling session. Reasonable choice of food on the menu. With tea served in a China teapot a rarity these days
