We visit this place first time and we very happy with our food order. We got large fish&chips. Chips where very nice and fish was lovely. Cook fresh to order. Definitely we would recomment this place. Reasonable price for good food and large portion.
Update: we visit this place after 6 months and it change owner since them. This time sadly have to give just 4 stars. Food is not 5 stars anymore. This time our fish was kinda greasy and also we found fish bone in one of the fish. Also we try order chicken nuggets and sadly nothing special. Typical frozen nuggets like from mcdonald.
First time using, owners were lovely & chatting, I had fish & chips very nice not greasy.
Husband had savaloy & chips, that was very good too. Savaloy not boiled, had a crisp skin very nice. Chips were crisp not greasy.
Definitely use again, recommend to others

Since the take over with the new chef these are the BEST in Stevenage. Definitely worth a visit.
Very good a nice portion of kids fish and chips for £5.50 is ideal for me a small eater friendly staff too and very clean looking place kiddies meal takes longer as its cooked fresh.

Classic fish and chips. The fish is fresh and batter cooked perfectly. The chips are the way they should be. The curry sauce is out of this world. Prices are reasonable too!
