This is a great Costa in the lovely Stevenage Old Town. The drinks are always made perfectly, the staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcomed. The cafe is clean and tidy. They also have some outdoor tables which are nice to use in warmer weather.

Friendly staff. All very helpful and chatty. After the refurb I miss the tall seats by the window and it's a lot more noisy because of all the hard surfaces. Still a good place to meet people with nice benches outside.

Lovley place to have a break for a coffee, experienced staff that treat you Kindly. Toilets are not so clean but these is up to clients too...

Vio manager is very lovely. . I didn't know what I wanted she was really patient. When served she had a big smile. And her other staff was fast. Thank you for the birthday cake as well

It's a nice place, needs a makeover. The staff are always so polite, the food and coffee is good but the smokers out the front as you walk in, they put me off.
