Here today for a works Christmas meal. This was out of thos world couldn't fault it one bit. Nacho starter best I have ever tasted to be honest, turkey dinner was the same turkey melted in your mouth potato's and veg were great stuffing real nice again couldn't fault anything. Then the bailies cheesecake and the ice cream even were really tasty. Service second to none atmosphere great really very well worth the visit even cost was good. A must visit. Thank you

Very pleased to get a table last minute, the Mac and cheese was excellent, as were the nachos. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere with a lovely fireplace.

Another year spent in here for a big xmas dinner with family and friends. Food is great along with the service. (Love the homemade chips). Back again next year and some visits in between.

Lovely home-made food. Even the chips were hand cut and cooked from fresh. I had crispy chicken tempura from the specials menu and it was scrummy! As for the mint choc chip cheesecake, after the first taste I could feel the frisson of delight through my body. Brilliant service too.
I only gave 4 stars because we found the chairs were too hard and uncomfortable.
