For me and my family the experience was great. Warm welcome from lovely personnel, very quick service, and amazing food (which was also made very fast!). One of the staff was especially nice, very happy guy, came up to us, had a little chat, laugh and gave an amazing customer service!
Nice pizza place to eat at. Staff were great and very attentive and chatty. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The food was delicious, however both pizzas we got (Sloppy Giuseppe and BBQ Burnt Ends) were finished with pepper… a lot of pepper, and we finished our meals with our mouths burning. That said, the food was truly delicious, and I would recommend Pizza Express to any pizza loving person.

Lovely decor, clean restaurant. Waitress who served us was friendly and attentive. It's great to see that a restaurant like pizza express is offering a good discount to students via unidays which is a great incentive to visit. Food was fantastic. Great experience overall.
Stopped off here for dinner on the way back up north at the end of our holiday. Great food and service. Was surprisingly quiet for Sat night. Kids meals very good value. Only disappointment was the cheesecake dessert, do not order! Not worth £3.50 never mind £7.50, it was tiny, no side cream or ice cream. Raised it with the staff and they said pricing is set by HQ, but didn't offer refund or discount despite asking.
Had the best time at pizza express Stirling. The staff are so friendly. Food is tasty and good portions. My dogs 🐶🦊 had the best time aswell. Staff were very considerate and brought over water and even treated them each to a pup cup (with my permission of course 😂) will definetly be back.
Food was fab . Boy with hat who served our food was very lovely super speedy and smiley service . Will definitely be back . Great recommendation and the app made it great to split the bill and get some freebies
Busy and the 2 servers could have used a 3rd on shift but didn't wait too long for anything and they were both very nice.
7yr old loved everything 3yr at least had the garlic bread and ice cream 🤣
Fantastic service yesterday (my waitress the girl with the blue hair sorry I don’t know her name she was lovely) managed to get me my fave pizza that was a Christmas special!! Was so good. Hoping that the truffle mushroom one comes back as regular pizza.
Prawns were lovely too! :)
Nice clean restaurant just of the shopping centre ideal for a quick bite. Staff were lovely very chatty and efficient. Pizza was the same as always from there...delicious.

The restaurant is in need of some TLC with broken floor tiles and peeling wood on the dividing walls.
The service was excellent - friendly and efficient.
The kids meals were great with a healthy stater, small pizza and pudding for £7.25 which we felt was great value.
The adult pizzas however were a little disappointing. The gluten free base is tiny and the cost should reflect this. Toppings are a little sparse on adult pizzas - mozzarella doesn’t make it to the edges. I‘m a pizza chef myself so completely understand that too much topping makes for a soggy pizza, but I wouldn’t leave a large section without mozzarella.
I would definitely recommend this place for kids.
