Bay Leaf Indian Cuisine - Stockport - Photo album

This is such a fab local restaurant, good food, chicken is always so moist - chicken saag is lovely, perfect puris and chapatis. Staff are dead nice too. Itโ€™s often quiet and I really donโ€™t know why. Give it a try!
Great food, really improved in the last year or so; definitely give it another go if you get the chance. Could cut the lamb with a fork. BYOB (ยฃ2.50/head) which I really like as you can pick up some excellent beers from the nearby Epicurean instead of just boring cobra. Can feel a little expensive
After moving to The Heatons we struggled to find a good Indian takeout/ restaurant until we discovered Bay Leaf. It's all fresh and cooked to order and not to greasy, so no bloated stomachs the next day. The staff are wonderful and friendly too. Yesterday whilst we are self isolating you went above
Great atmosphere, lovely food and decent beer. Highly recommend
Absolutely gorgeous meal.... reminded me of mums curries. Lightest naan breads ever . Just perfect.
Nice food and good service. Quite pricey for the area, but we took advantage of the government eat out to help out promotion so reasonable prices this time.
Just had a meal with my family here for the first time and I have to say it was excellent. Very friendly staff and the food was fabulous. I had a Special Tandoori Mix and the meat was so tender and the flavour superb. Definitely go here again. Keep up the excellent service.
Found this by accident didn't realise it had no drinks licence...but brilliant food and good host. Highly recommend the special dishes
Food was excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ Note that you have to take your own beer/wine if you want an alcoholic drink. Co-op across the road had plenty in though ๐Ÿ‘Œ
Called tonight and ordered my usual that is not very often on the menu, Saag ghost. I always ask for this dish and it was no problems at all for then to make. It arrived piping hot and was quality. I was driving so took my own 0.0 per cent Guinness as it is a bring your own beer. 5 stars from me.
Great food, only thing was a wet floor from a spillage and the couple arguing constantly, great entertainment.
Great Indian restaurant - excellent quality and very fresh ingredients. Very good value for money. Have got a takeaway and dined in and the food was great both times. BYOB (with corkage) and a good range of soft drinks and non-alcoholic beers
Absolutely fabulous Indian, bringing something new in to the Heatons. The decor is really good and more importantly the food is excellent! Nice to have a modern take on the Indian experience, with lots of bold flavours and no grease in sight. Has a bring your own alcohol policy as well which is goo
First time here & not disappointed! Gorgeous food & relaxed atmosphere. Staff very helpful & friendly. Really enjoyed it & will definitely be back again. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š
