Group of us hired the bowling green at this pub this afternoon and then followed this with meals inside. All agreed, good food, and very friendly staff. Look forward to repeating this in the future.
We went for our dinner there. Good service , food was hot and very nice. Tables were clean and no plates or glasses left on the tables. Worth a visit.
Great Hydes community pub in Heaton Norris. Nice staff and reasonably priced pub meals.
Lovely pub, great food, friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area!
Great pub especially if you want to enjoy a nice drink, traditional interior and great beer garden over looking the bowling green the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I was underwhelmed by the food
My friends and I were served a delicious buffet lunch...by attentive helpful bar staff!
Very pleasant staff and good ales. We'll be back to eat very soon.
Quiet afternoon drink in a traditional friendly pub. Enjoyed the sunshine sat outside under cover overlooking the bowling green.
Nice traditional local, friendly staff, sports and a great beer garden at the back.

Excellent and reasonably priced food. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our Mothers Day meal for our table of six.
Visited this afternoon for Lunch, had the hot roast beef baguette with gravy which tasted homemade to me :) was very well done. The two guys on the bar were lovely and accommodating, will return for sure.
Called in Tuesday lunch time for a couple of checky drinks. The bar staff were excellent, the drinks were spot on and at a good price, and the beef burger was one of the best burgers I have had for ages will definitely be calling back the next time I am in the area
