Lovely space with amazing food. Has a terrace so it's nice to hang out outside when it's good weather.

I stopped at the Cafe with a group of my cycling buddies There's a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. We visited on a Saturday and booked a table ahead of arriving. It was busy so there was a bit of a wait for food and drinks - we didn't mind as it definitely worth it - great coffee and lovely breakfast 😀 Goodies are also available to take away 🍪 A visit is recommended.

Lovely little spot to sit and watch the world go by! (As Grandma did) safe from the road for our 3year old and our blueberry pancakes and coffee were delicious too!
Would prefer to have had a none dairy milk option free (50p charge) but that’s minor

Excellent bar with a great atmosphere. Very hands on owner who is always available. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Highly recommended. Great live music too

I met my brother and sister for breakfast, we decided on Rocksalt cafe Stockport. We were not disappointed the waitresses were attentive and efficient, the food was just amazing! We all had different things and everything was just perfect, none of us are generally easy pleased so that says volumes! The manageress (Greek lady) was just the icing on the cake she clearly loves her work and she had her eyes on everything, the kitchen, waiting staff, customers, and the contractor outside! She even took then cake wow! I had a fabulous breakfast followed by home made pancakes, fruit, syrup and cream! We will definitely return when we treat ourselves next, thankyou again Sharon Weston Super Mare!

Our food was great, looked good, tasted good!
We got the kids some waffle and syrup. It was a cheap option for the kids, however they appear to be straight out of a packet. I was expecting something slightly better
All in all though, happy, and I'll be coming again for sure

I've been a fan of Rock Salt for a good few years now but have been particularly impressed on a couple of recent visits where the team have done an amazing job accommodating a very large party of mum-friends and all their little ones! We were made to feel very welcome despite the inevitable liveliness of our party and thoroughly enjoyed all of our food, which catered to a wide range of tastes too. A really lovely place and one I'd highly recommend for all of your coffee/prosecco/brunch/lunch/cake needs, and a massive plus that it's so child-friendly too 😄👍🏻

We visit Rock Salt on a regular basis and have always leave with a very positive experience. The cafe bar has such a lovely vibe and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming. A special mention goes to Vera whose commitment to the business is both obvious and outstanding. Steve is also a lovely and hard working member of staff. Jamie has a great command of the kitchen … the team turns out food of a consistently high standard and we always thoroughly enjoy our meals there.
All-in-all our favourite place to eat in Heaton Moor. Thank you to Jason for getting it ‘so right’. Mike and Katrina

Seemed very overstaffed tho all staff were lovely and friendly. I had a sausage barm and a cuppa. It was ok but had to ask for sugar which didn't come with my cuppa. Reasonably priced.
The sausage barm was ok but I have had nicer sausages from other cafes
