1st time visiting this pub. Got a large Sunday dinner it was beautiful the portion sizes were massive, had 3 different types of meat with my dinner and couldn't fault any of it. Will definitely be returning
Lovely, friendly pub and very good fresh food
First visit here with my bf & doggo welcomed inside !! Very much looking forward to coming again as we’re moving to the area. Staff are lovely , food is lovely and the over all atmosphere is just what you expect from a local well run pub.

Small but good range keg beer (no "real ale") with a larger array of lagers. Simple, but well prepared food at a very competitive price however, food is only served until 6:45pm and so is more suited for lunch. Early Christmas lunch at this venue and wasn't disappointed. Fabulous food and they cater for smaller portions too. Staff also welcoming. The festive atmosphere was also great with best upside down tree I've seen. Hoping to go again soon.
Popped in whilst travelling past. Amazing food, friendly service and lovely pub. The beef wrap was INCREDIBLE. Beef so full of flavour and literally melt in the mouth. Gravy was epic and chips so good too. Kids loved the nuggets and fries and other family members had the roasts. Apparently the best

Traditional estate sort of pub, great night out
1st visit today for Sunday lunch. Friendly staff, had the beef and chicken dinners (3 large and a medium) great value/portion size and absolutely delicious, could not fault any element of this roast, best gravy we ever had in any pub. Will definitely be back . Thanks to Chef and staff.

Recently had a Christmas dinner here with colleagues. Superb meal , all well cooked lovely, hot and tasty snd fantastic value. Will definitely be revisiting.
We regularly go in for the quiz the staff are friendly and the bar is well stocked, and a good atmosphere 👍
Christmas lunch with two friends. Beautifully dressed table, delicious food - all three courses - and attentive staff. Plus, very reasonable price. What more could a girl want?
Absolutely the best Sunday lunch served hot and plentiful will definitely be going back soon having our own catering business it’s nice to see a family run establishment hopefully going well

A friendly, cosy and beautiful, old worldy pub, with good facilities and disabled access. The locals and staff really gave all an inviting welcome.
