It was really busy today and they had 2 staff in training. The main member of staff called Tom was dealing with it all amazingly. He was polite, friendly and maintained a positive attitude even with the stress of a busy day. All staff were lovely and are a credit to the Costa brand. I hope they all

One of the nicest Costas I've been to, very open and bright. Tends to be understaffed with how busy it can get but team members are still very polite and helpful. Sometimes the wait time is quite long but the quality of the food and drinks make up for it. The only Costa I'm happy to come to.

Costa is my go to coffee shop. Love the coffee and the food. The staff are usually very busy but always polite.
Staff were quick with order, on hand as well with towels for my wet laptop which probably saved it!

Good service and very nice cup sizes for large drinks. A good selection of desserts and a wheelchair accessible toilet. Very polite staff and good sitting tables inside and outside

Excellent service and brilliant coffees sold here. Lots of delicious, neat cakes and other foods offered, only issue is that it usually fills up quickly and finding a table and somewhere quiet to sit can be quite difficult at certain times.
It was kinda busy but not so busy that tables shouldn't be cleared.
