Old fashioned in a good way. Great atmosphere when team playing well. Love the drums in the Cheadle End. Pies are quite nice but I always find it hard to find a program seller.
The stadium itself is pretty good. The staff are all friendly (even to the away supporters) and it was easy to find. Multiple car parks nearby.
The away section has no roof, you're exposed to the best of the British weather and no one enforces seating for the away fans.
Would have given it 5 stars If it had a roof haha π
Top notch atmosphere!! Had a blast and we won. Only bad thing they serve Cruzcampo which is a sin for me not being from south Spain
Very biased opinion because I support SCFC π always a great atmosphere and playing some exceptional football at the moment π long may it continue.
Home crowd absolutely jumping, Singing , great atmosphere. Away fans There's no cover, Open to the elements but you can get so close you can shake the Goal net. One worrying thing. when the stadium is at near capacity getting out of the Together stand takes forever. As thousands of fans bottle neck to get out of one exit.
Refereed 2 cup finals here yesterday on behalf the Stockport Schools FA. Both games were fantastic and the setup at Stockport County was simply first class. The playing surface was very good and the facilities were just brilliant. There was a large crowd and I think everybody enjoyed the tremendous atmosphere generated by the football and the facilities. My thanks to the Stockport Schools FA and to Stockport County FC.
Good park. Nice play park. Skatepark also. Good size duck point and viewing point. Tennis and foot ball pitches. Come to think of it it's quite big!
It's the home of the great Stockport County FC, do you really need to know anymore than that? OK OK, it would be better if there were some Vegan/Gluten Free options available at their food counters but apart from that, it's amazing!
Good views and decent level of comfort from the seating, I've sat in less comfortable seats in Premier League stadiums!
County is a fantastic community club, very well supported through thick and thin, and now (thankfully) owned and run by a local man who truly has his heart and money in the club! The County courtyard is a great recent addition for fans to sample quality locally produced food and drink before and after the game. A club very much on the up πππ
