Review Costa Coffee - Stocksbridge

Not quite a full cup of coffee. Bap was great as usual.

I always drop in for a Costa here, sometimes it’s a takeaway but I always enjoy the efficient and friendly staff, most staff have taken care to remember my order when I am taking away which I love, shows they care. On this visit I had a nice and simple cup of tea which I always appreciate a nice little teapot, not all coffee places give you a teapot. Love this place.

Always a mixed bag at a Costa, never one the same! Food ok but not a vast choice even though it was early morning, didn't seem the cleanest of places and the toilets were terrible, not regularly inspected and wet everywhere! Food delivered quickly but not the friendliest of receptions considering the price of things! Got busy quickly and many struggling to find a seat, some tables not cleared quickly, lots sat outside even you it was freezing! Would I go again....not without improvement as there are other coffee shops on site so more to choose from. Big fan of Costa myself, though you would not think so my this review, but I say it as I find, and this occasion (may have been that particular day) , was falling short of the usual Costa experience I have. Disappointed on this occasion.

Nice cosy Costa. Great for a nice drink if you are shopping, if for meeting friends. Plenty of parking.

Love this Costa always clean and well presented. They didn't have M&S sausage rolls which was disappointing as they were delish!! Enjoyed the visit with my daughter and grandchildren, staff were really helpful!

I gave it a 5 star, even though there was a small issue with my Panini. I had a bacon and brie panini (last one on the shelf). The food was delivered, however it wasn't warmed through properly some of the bacon and brie was still cold. I returned to the till and explained that it wasn't warmed through properly, I was asked to get a replacement I mentioned that that was the last one, I declined any other sandwich they had as I wasn't overly keen on what they had. Without hesitation they refunded me the cost. I sat down to drink my latte when a server came over and handed me a shortbread cake and apologized for the issue with the panini. It was totally unexpected and gratefully accepted.

The staff are lovely and givevgreat service however ... we had to have takeaway cups, they didn't have any plates and the place was dirty. I do like it there but it needs some support.

I call in for breakfast before I get on the M1. Staff are super friendly and the service is excellent. I always find it well kept and clean. The breakfast deal is also excellent value

Quality Coffee at a very reasonable cost in a generous large size. Great to see they're doing takeaway. The shop itself is quite spacious. It would be much more welcome if they had better tables with suited chairs instead of the oversized tables that are uncomfortable to sit at which is why i give 4 stars instead of 5.

Nice cozy little coffee shop. Indoor and outdoor seating available. There are a range of drinks on the menu and snacks, sweet and savoury. It's usually generally busy but always a seat available with someone getting up to leave. See I've always good from the staff and the place is usually clean too.

Really helpful staff. Great drinks and great service. Clean place to eat, and a toilet. One of only two in Fox valley. Thank heavens. :)

It is your typical Costa cafe Good service, decent coffee and pleasant staff. Plenty of of seating. Need to address leaky roof in one corner

Lovely Costa Branch and Staff

I love the coffee and service and the toasties are awesome... But please, please can you turn the heating down a bit? It's unbearable. If I know I'm going in, I make sure I have a sleeveless t-shirt on and I'm still roasting!!
