Review Blakes Tea Room - Stocksbridge

I had afternoon tea in Blake’s Tearoom yesterday & it was fabulous! The staff were so friendly & helpful with sorting the table out to be baby friendly! The sandwiches were delightful & the cake was sooooo tasty! Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience. The staff are the best . The products are top quality . Tea Room is a must and the Santa's Grotto is fabulous . Cannot praise this store enough . Enjoy your Sandersons experience x

Came into store to find out about some skin care and spoke to a lovely lady called Nooska she was very professional and knowledgable on all of the products and what would be best for me. After just a few days of using the products I am already seeing a huge difference! Thankyou Nooska and all of the other lovely staff�

I apologize if I am repeating myself but this was the best experience I have ever had shopping for clothing! Super kind and helpful shopping assistants who were able to help me find just the right dress for a special occasion, not pushy at all and very patient . The overall atmosphere of the store was very soothing and elegant but not at all snooty. The best of Yorkshire shopping here���

Today was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last! Lovely store, friendly,helpful staff and Blakes tearoom is amazing! Such lovely staff - so efficient and accommodating.

First visit to Blakes tearoom- very disappointing.. Had to wait 10 mins for a table to be cleared. Long wait to be served too and the young staff seem totally out of their depth. Appreciate it's mainly a tearoom, but the only coffee choice was a caffetiere. The quiche I had was small with not a lot of filling and I had to ask for salad dressing. Cakes tasty but portion sizes so variable we asked if they were charging the same for each one! We had a baby and toddler in our group and not very family orientated, little choice for the youngsters. I can see it will appeal to some, but not for us.

I went to Sandersons for Afternoon Tea on my birthday. It's very cosy and welcoming, staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious.

Met my sister for a catch up & what we thought would be a nice light lunch at Blakes tea room inside Sandersons, we both ordered the tomato soup but it was so salty it burned our throats & was inedible! Mentioned this to the waitress who apologised & walked away, we were still charged full price for basically eating a bread roll!!! Absolutely disgraceful we will definitely not be recommending or going back!

Legendary customer service, exceeding customer and community expectation. Humanity and transparency in service delivery with no fear of special requests. An upmarket department store which makes you feel like you've been invited to your very own VIP party. It's easy to love a brand when a brand loves you back.. Thank you Sanderson's!!

Excellent service plus tasty food & drinks.

I called into store yesterday, unaware it closes at 6pm. I wandered around oblivious, yet staff were so helpful and friendly. It was only when I paid for my goods I realised they were closed! The staff I saw yesterday are a credit to you, I'll definitely be returning.

Fabulous boutique department store, staff are always really friendly and helpful and are always happy to help with any queries I have. Love going to Sandersons!

Go and see for yourself , it's amazing , with fabulous products , ranging from ladies wear through to a nail bar , fresh flowers and everything in between , going to try the beautiful tea room after the weekend . The ladies and gents that work there are knowledgable and attentive without being pushy . Ps take a peek in the loo's , they are fantastic �
