Fab little cafe. So busy today but lovely friendly staff, yummy food and reasonable prices. Great views and fully accessible. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend.
After our walk on a Wednesday morning, which is always based in and around Tees Barrage, a group of us know that there is only one place to go to for our 'elevenses'. Cooks cafe is in the ideal location for refreshments and delicious freshly baked scones and cakes. The staff are so friendly and obliging, nothing is too much trouble!!
Not much fun on a balcony with your dog when it rains, not dog friendly like Stewart Park Disappointed as I went specially to support it.
