Good to now have somewhere at the barrage where you can get a coffee. A good coffee too. Seems to have an interesting selection of sweet and savoury snacks to accompany in this smart little van. Plenty of seats nearby to sit by the river.
Me and my family always end our Tees Barrage walk with San seb.
You won’t find a better Coffee in Teesside.

My favourite place for coffee! I've always wished there was somewhere for a decent coffee around the barrage so I got my wish & more as San Seb has exceeded my expectations! Not only amazing coffee but we never fail to get a warm welcome & lovely conversation. 10/10 x
San Seb is the only reason walking to work is bearable, seeing that blue Citroen Van is a sign my day is going to be good. I often grab a morning coffee, and have a chat to the owner who is a wonderful guy, his story is interesting.

Been to San Seb every time I've been for a walk with my dog around the river and I've always grabbed myself a cappuccino, nice tasting coffee. Always polite to me and good customer service and he is there even when it is 6 degree temperature down by the river with a cold wind 👏. Dedication to his
