Rubio's Coastal Grill

Never ate a Rubios before heard it was healthy and not bad at all. My 1st experience at the Stockton CA location wasn’t a good first impression. Ordered a shrimp salad bowl and for $12 bucks I got nothing but rice and very little shrimp burnt at tha, Taste like the grill wasn’t cleaned as well and went in to ask about my salad that clearly wasn’t in my bowl not lettuce nothing but rice and very little of the other ingredients. Lady gave me attitude and was very rude since the time I walked in. Do better. Thank you.

Update: I filled out the link Rubios posted below. They still haven't responded to me. Their customer service is apparently limited to responding to Google reviews with a useless survey. I'm decreasing my review from 2 to 1 star. Original: Our order was messed up (my salad with avocado in the title didn't even have any avocado!) so I did their online survey and asked for someone to call me. One month later and I'm still waiting for that call. Guess they don't actually care... Don't bother paying to add veggies to your salads. They give you the tiniest amount. And the bag of chips we got with our guacamole was the same size the kids got free with their meals (I even went back to confirm that was the right size and the worker told me it was). It's not worth the cost.

Update: customer service is on a downward spiral. They serve you based on preference, & I only say this because they Chose to serve customers that ordered multiple entrees After me before they were able to prepare my food. My wait time was Unusually & Unacceptably long. When my order finally came, it was full of the inedibly bitter yellow leaf pieces and stems from "aged" iceberg lettuce. Staff members were Clearly frustrated. I think I'm done with this place. After 7 years of patronage to this particular establishment, I just can't anymore 😢.
