The pie was amazing. Steak & Stilton pie and homemade chips too. Friendly welcome. If you want spic n span like an AllBarOne, nope. If you want dirt cheap like a Wetherspoon's, nope. But it's better than both those. Proper pub with tasty pie.

Really cosy and friendly pub. Wonderful range of beers and ciders served to perfection. Won 'Pub of the Year' from MK and North Bucks CAMRA three times which must be a record. They are worthy winners; such a lovely place to visit.
Really nice, cosy, quaint, warm and welcoming village pub, the owner and her family are even more so. Came to clean their beer lines and didn't want to leave, definitely recommend going in if passing. Thankyou again x

Great little family run village pub! Made to feel very welcome on our first visit to this pub by staff and locals. Fantastic traditional pub food, great size portions, friendly and accommodating service. Can certainly recommend the Steak and Ale pie, it was delicious. You certainly won’t be leaving
Old family owned country pub. Very friendly, lovely Sunday lunch .
Such a friendly welcome, really enjoyed a lovely meal here, bangers and mash with gravy, followed by treacle sponge and custard. Delicious! Not a huge menu and that's a good thing, the food is very good. Walked away with a full belly and a smile.
My wife and I called him for a drink as the beer is particularly excellent here. The food smells so good on the neighbouring table that we decided to eat here as well. I had steak and ale pie with the most delicious homemade chips. The pie comprised succulent homemade shortcrust pastry which was amp
