Review The Bell Stoke Mandeville - Stoke Mandeville

We went for a family reunion meal on a Monday evening. The service was incredible and friendly, instantly matching the tone of our group. Our server, Amber, was an absolute delight for the entire evening! The food was delicious, and very reasonably priced. It was fairly quiet while we were there, but the atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!!

Came for a vegan roast which was lovely! Being vegetarian it's sometimes hard to find a good veggie roast option but The Bell's was a good find. They must change it at times as it wasn't described on the menu, but currently doing a lentil and spinach filo tart with the usual sides. The vegan roast was only £13.50 so a good price too! The only thing that let it down was the roast potatoes (usually the best bit!) and parsnips were quite hard and dry. A real shame as everything else was lovely. Venue's lovely having had its refurb last year and service was also really good. I'd definitely go again but maybe earlier in the day so the roast potatoes may be a little fresher.

The food was amazing. I wish I had an extra stomach to finish it all. Really lovely I would definitely do the drive from London to go here again. Would recommend. The decor was lovely also.

Really lovely afternoon in a lovely local. Great food, chicken wings really good value and amazing nachos with chilli. Cauliflower cheese was a lovely side. But, desert was so nice I'll be back for that alone. Thank you to all at The Bell!

Managed to finally get to The Bell for a meal on 3rd time of trying (previous 2 bookings cancelled due to COVID). Glad I persisted! Food was great. Didn't try a starter but all 3 of us commented how good mains and dessert was. Will definitely be back... Great experience. Thanks to all staff for the experience

My wife and I popped up to the bell for a couple of drinks, and stayed for the excellent chicken wings, nachos and cauliflower cheese. The desserts were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Warm and cosy feel, very polite helpful staff and the food was delicious and their Brew Point low alcohol beer was one of the best I've tasted. No issue at all giving 5 stars.

Quiet lunchtime, no problem getting a table. Very very dog friendly - the staff were so welcoming and made a fuss of Milo.
